Brainwork is a specialized center for optimizing the quality of life of individuals. Our approach is based on innovative technologies deeply rooted in neuroscience discoveries.
Enhance yourself and unlock your full potential
Before starting neurofeedback training, we conduct an initial assessment aimed at determining baseline electrophysiological measures, the training plan to be followed, the expected goals, realistic goals, and the approach and pace of the training sessions. The assessment consists of an interview with the therapist, a questionnaire about daily functioning, followed by the recording of baseline electrophysiological measures, which may include other types of biofeedback methods. At the end of the assessment, the therapist will go over the results with you to ensure you understand what will be worked on and how the process will proceed.
Neurofeedback is a method that enables direct brain training. It is a type of biofeedback that uses feedback on the brain's electrical activity to normalize and optimize cognitive and emotional processes.
At the end of the training, your trainer will perform an analysis and provide feedback on how the session went. We record and track every result to ensure continuous progress and to give you insight into your current performance level, as we believe that every piece of feedback is important. After 20 sessions, we conduct an evaluative recording, which includes recording baseline electrophysiological measures, just as during the initial assessment. Based on this recording, we gain insight into the achieved results, allowing us to determine whether additional training sessions are needed and how many. We apply the same principle at the end of the training program, and in both cases, you will receive a written report.
Since the training at Brainwork is conducted by psychologists, each session includes counseling. However, after 15 training sessions, we schedule a meeting in which no training is conducted, but rather counseling. This session is dedicated to analyzing your progress in terms of behavior, changes you notice yourself, and those noticed by the trainers. Together, we fill out a questionnaire, just like during the initial assessment, to gather as much relevant information as possible to enable further progress. During this meeting, we also discuss both the positive and negative phases you are going through, positive experiences, as well as any challenges you may be facing. In short, this is a psychological counseling session. Additionally, based on your needs and desires, we can arrange counseling with our partners.

Neurofeedback is a biological feedback technique used for self-regulation of brain activity
This method allows individuals to learn to control their brain waves and activities in order to improve their mental health, cognitive functions, and emotional state.
It is increasingly applied in fields such as clinical psychology, sports performance, education, and overall enhancement of mental well-being.
During neurofeedback training, electrodes are placed on the scalp to monitor the brain's electrical activity in real time. These sensors record brain waves and transmit data to a computer system.
The person undergoing the training can see their brain activity on a screen and receive feedback on how their brain is functioning.

Learn moreThe goal of neurofeedback therapy is to help individuals achieve optimal brain patterns. Through continuous training, individuals can learn to self-regulate their brain waves, thereby reducing symptoms such as:
- ADHD (attention and focus difficulties)
- autism spectrum disorders
- depression
- anxiety
- panic attacks
- obsessive-compulsive disorders
- sleep disorders
- post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- tics
- tinnitus
- dementia
- Alzheimer's disease
- Parkinson's disease
- traumatic brain injuries
- aphasia
- multiple sclerosis
- addictions
- Tourette syndrome
- epilepsy
At Brainwork, we also use neurofeedback as a "peak performance" training method, employing techniques that optimize brain function for athletes and managers. This technique allows for fine regulation of brain waves, promoting better focus, emotional control, and creativity—key elements for achieving top performance.
